Who is The Artist?: Constant Dullaart is a Dutch artist and was born in Leiderdorp in The Netherlands on March 7, 1979. He is a conceptual artist and he attended Gerrit Rietveld Academy and the Rijksakademie van beeldende kunsten. Dullaart's work mainly focuses on the Internet and how art can be connected and intergrated within it. Instead of creating his work from scratch, in a way, he utilizes his art through search engines and the Internet. Some of his works include, The Revolving Internet, The Disagreeing Internet, and the Sleeping Internet.
